I am a seasoned leader, author and community advocate with more than 40 years of experience in pastoral leadership and organizational development. I founded BridgePoint Church, ICNU Consulting LLC, Whatever It Takes Foundation and Ninety-Nine Foundation to help people and organizations discover their purpose and create meaningful impact. Today, I serve as Executive Director of the Speer Dream Foundation, where I continue working to strengthen communities and empower others. I live in St. Petersburg with my wife, Donna, and enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren.
