Phillip Deal, CFRE, is the Chief Philanthropy Officer for Parc Center for Disabilities. He has more than 35 years of fundraising experience and held various leadership roles for well-known non-profit organizations across the United States. Phil is active in the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and received his CFRE credentials in 2015. More recently, he was recognized as the Outstanding Fundraising Professional of the Year for the AFP Central Florida Chapter. As a fundraising professional, Phil’s mission is to inspire and engage donors to make transformational gifts for themselves, their families and for the children and adults served by Parc Center for Disabilities. Phil and his wife are parents of an adult son with autism and have volunteered with and advocated for persons with disabilities for more than 25 years.
