Patricia Clynes brings more than 20 years of executive financial and operational leadership in the nonprofit sector to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Parc Center for Disabilities. Most recently, Patricia served as Chief Financial Officer for the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg, where she worked alongside senior leadership to support organizational growth, modernize financial operations, increase grant utilization and help advance major capital initiatives throughout the community. Her leadership and financial expertise have earned regional recognition, including being named a 2023 Tampa Bay Business Journal CFO of the Year and a 2025 Titan 100 Tampa Bay honoree. She also serves as board treasurer for the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, Patricia is an avid reader and enjoys golfing, IndyCar racing, fitness and spending time outdoors. She lives in Pinellas County with her husband, Justin, a firefighter, and their 11-year-old daughter, Madison.
