Pam Peters joined Parc Center for Disabilities as the AVP of Human Resources in 2024. Originally from Ohio, she has more than 20 years of experience working within the intricacies of people management. Pam has served as a leader in human resources for privately held and non-profit organizations in a variety of industries. Pam’s experience in continuing care, long term care, assisted living and memory care communities brings a strong background to serve and support Parc’s diverse population of employees. Pam’s collaborative and supportive management style to serve employees, will allow our biggest asset to provide the best care to our participants. For fun Pam enjoys spending time with friends and family boating, kayaking and traveling.
