Marion White has been a dedicated member of the Parc Center for Disabilities team for years and is now stepping into her new role as Chief Operations Officer. Marion brings over 15 years of organizational leadership experience, with a strong reputation for driving strategic growth, resource development, and managing complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives.

During her tenure as Parc’s Operations Manager, Marion played a pivotal role in leading numerous capital projects, securing substantial grant awards, and organizing the center’s renowned Black-tie fundraising Galas. Her deep understanding of Parc’s mission and operations has made her an invaluable asset to the team.

Before her time at Parc, Marion excelled as Vice President of Operations at Maverick Sales and Marketing, where she consulted for top consumer product companies and partnered with retail giants like Lowe’s and Home Depot. She was instrumental in managing capital planning efforts exceeding $1 million and driving significant eCommerce projects.

Marion’s commitment to excellence continues to guide her work at Parc, where her leadership and strategic insights will undoubtedly shape the organization’s future. Outside of her professional achievements, Marion enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult children, reading, staying active, and traveling the globe.
