David Lehman currently lives with his wife and Poodle in his hometown of St. Petersburg, Florida, and has two grown children. David graduated from Lakewood High School and attended St. Pete College (SPJC), studying electromechanical engineering and mechanical drafting – with a propensity for anything “mechanical” David’s career began as a mechanical draftsman working on-site at Disney’s EPCOT Center during construction. Growing tired of sitting behind a drafting table surrounded by 4 walls, with a desire for a more challenging mechanical role attended trade schools learning every trade available to him.
As a jack-of-all-trades with a master of some, David joined Parc in 1982 as a maintenance technician. Through the years David has left his mark on all of Parc’s facilities by helping Parc achieve its mission, maintaining properties and keeping the doors open and by creatively turning empty spaces into sanctuaries for Parc’s residents’ enjoyment. David was elected as the inaugural Bert Muller Award recipient. David’s present role is Vice President of Operations, still doing whatever is required to help “keep Parc’s doors open”.
