Florida Imagined 2018-2019

Florida Imagined is a traveling arts collection representing over 60 artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with opportunities to engage audiences and artists to include their voice on a public art piece. It provides community outreach/higher education collaborations resulting in economic development for artists, local art professionals and venues through accessibility and FL collaborations.

PARC is delighted to share that our Florida Imagined 2018-2019 grant proposal to the Department of State is featured as the only example within the Specific Cultural Project-Visual Arts category on their website, reinforcing us as a leader in the industry of visual arts! The Florida Imagined grant was established to represent over 60 artists with disabilities. This visual arts traveling exhibition would provide community outreach and collaborations to educate and enlighten audiences on the Life of Florida. We are so honored to be featured as an example!
