Dave Lehman
VP of Operations
David Lehman currently lives with his wife and Poodle in his hometown of St. Petersburg, Florida and has two grown children. David graduated from Lakewood High School and attended St. Pete College (SPJC), studied electromechanical engineering and mechanical drafting - with a propensity for anything “mechanical” David’s career began as a mechanical draftsman working on site at Disney’s EPCOT Center during construction. Growing tired of sitting behind a drafting table surrounded by 4 walls, with a desire for a more challenging mechanical role attended trade schools leaning every trade available to him. As a jack-of-all-trades with a master of some, David joined Parc in 1982 as maintenance technician. Through the years David has left his mark on all of Parc’s facilities by helping Parc achieve its mission, maintaining properties and keeping the doors open and by creatively turning empty spaces into sanctuaries for Parc’s residents’ enjoyment. David was elected as the inaugural Bert Muller Award recipient. David’s present role is Vice President of Operations, still doing whatever is required to help “keep Parc’s doors open”.

AVP of Development and Marketing
Lisa has an extensive background in advertising and marketing. She worked for several large newspaper companies in a decades long career where she held leadership roles in advertising and project management. During her media career Lisa was heavily involved in the business community which involved speaking engagements, serving on marketing committees, and participating in leadership programs. Lisa also had vast exposure to the non-profit community, serving on the United Way Manatee (now United Way Suncoast) Board of Directors for six years; she regularly volunteered for a wide variety of non-profits; and she had the opportunity to work with over 200 non-profits helping them develop print and digital advertising campaigns. Lisa immensely enjoyed collaborating with these organizations. This became her passion which led Lisa to pursue a new career in the non-profit sector where she could make a difference. Lisa is absolutely honored to work for Parc and the amazing individuals we serve who are so full of happiness and bring joy to everyone they touch. "Working for Parc is rewarding beyond my imagination, and I look forward to many, many years at Parc!”

My family and I have supported Parc Center for Disabilities for more than 20 years because they provide vital services and assistance to our community’s most vulnerable members, including my little brother, who has had the good fortune of living at Parc since he was 18. Parc is his home, and there he is treated with love, dignity, and respect. We cannot imagine a world without Parc Center for Disabilities.

First Vice-President, The Manfrey Group at Morgan Stanley I knew 20 years ago when I met my wife’s twin cousins, Megan & Andrew, that I wanted to contribute to the disabled community in some way. The twins are non-verbal and require continuous care, but when I saw how deep and meaningful their family connections were, I knew I wanted to give back in some way. Since the twins are in KY, we looked for an organization close by that provided the same level of care that they receive. I knew I wanted to advocate for those who could not do for themselves; to speak for the voiceless, to act on behalf of the immobile. And then I met Parc Center for Disabilities. The first time I volunteered, I felt like I had found my purpose in giving. To this day, I believe that I’ve learned and grown in immeasurable ways, and it couldn’t have happened any other place but here. Being part of the Parc family makes me a better husband, a better father, a better coworker, a better advisor, a better human.
