HOMEBOUND SERVICE
The Family Focus Behavior Program is a part of PARC’s Discovery Learning Center’s Early Intervention Homebound Program.
Children with developmental delays in the social-emotional, communication and cognitive domains are commonly linked with behavior concerns. Families referred to this program must meet certain criteria to qualify.

Homebound Program
(0 - 6 years)
Family Focus provides in-home or in-school Early Intervention Services to children 0-6 years who have developmental delays or who may be at risk for delays. These services include developmental assessments, weekly visits for the child, parent/child activities, referrals for additional family support services, access to our lending library, phone access to our staff nurse. A developmental screening is required to determine eligibility. Self-referrals, physician, and agency referrals are encouraged. This is a community-funded program.
Family Focus Behavior Program
(3-5 years)
The Family Focus Behavior Program is a new part of the Early Intervention Homebound Program. This program addresses children from 3-5 years with mild to moderate behavior challenges that interfere with optimal learning and/or need positive social interaction with peers. An initial screening will be done to determine eligibility for the program. Family participation is a necessary component to program success. Availability is limited.
Early Steps provider Program
(2 months - 3 years)
PARC Homebound is a provider to the Early Steps Program, Florida’s Part C Early Intervention System which is part of Children’s Medical Services.
