The 2nd Annual Circle of Friends Social presented by PARC Board and PARC Board Alumni was held at Silas’ Steakhouse and Seafood Grill on September 15, 2009. Members enjoyed good company and delicious food paired with just the right wine. Debbie and Rob Stambaugh hosted the event at their new banquet facility, Bayside Banquets. Sponsors included Southern Wine and Spirits and Sysco Foods. Fazal Fazlin was the winner of the first door prize drawing and won an exquisite one of kind ceramic bowl made by an artist at PARC’s Fine Art Studio & Gallery. Barbara McCarthy from Sun Country Dry Cleaners won the second door prize, 3 relaxing days and 2 star-filled nights at the Thunderbird Resort.
