PARC. PARC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to exercise their independence, enjoy an enhanced quality of life and experience life to the fullest.
Our mission is to offer a socially-stimulating environment for individuals, families and businesses that share our passion for enabling the disabled to become capable.
